Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on your core stability, balance, control, flexibility and strength. Pilates is often used in conjunction with Osteopathy and Sports Massage to aid the treatment of a variety of injuries particularly the management of lower back pain. Clinical Pilates involves forming a rehabilitation plan specifically designed to address individual concerns.

Tii is our qualified Pilates instructor and personal trainer, tailoring individual  programmes for clients with back pain and other injuries. 

She has for many years been teaching fitness classes in London. Currently she teaches in several gyms and golf clubs in southern Spain, as well as holding her own group exercise and personal training sessions in Spanish and English. ​

​She is qualified in a wide variety of the latest fitness and well-being programs including  Aqua aerobics. Spinning®, Les Mills and Zumba.​

Fitness is her passion and she makes exercise as enjoyable for everyone as it is for her.​
